Charles Smolen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader strategically based in both the Bay Area and Southern California. Since 2022, he has served as the president of Clear Vision Management, LLC, where he brings strategic vision and operational expertise to the organization.

In his role, Mr. Smolen oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including providing leadership to the human resources team in areas such as talent acquisition, conflict resolution, and workforce management. He also plays a key role in developing and executing growth strategies designed to drive business success. Notably, he is highly engaged in managing the Source Cannabis brand while maintaining oversight of several other ventures within the Clear Vision Management portfolio.

Mr. Smolen’s daily responsibilities span operations management, cross-functional communication, and regulatory compliance. A strong advocate for innovation, he consistently seeks opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve critical performance metrics aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

An accomplished scholar, Charles Smolen earned a place on the dean’s list and became a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society member during his studies at the College of San Mateo. He later completed his economics degree at the University of Southern California, graduating cum laude.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Smolen is an avid sailor and enjoys staying active through outdoor pursuits.
